Bees with Garnet Flowers Bracelet

Bees with Garnet Flowers Bracelet

Beautiful, natural garnet is captured within sterling silver rings. Each of the nearly 200 rings in this bracelet was opened, woven and then closed individually, in the same style used to make the chainmaille armor of the medieval ages.

Garnet is the birthstone of January. This stone signifies eternal friendship and trust, and its use dates back to the Egyptians in 3100 B.C. The word garnet is derived from the word granatum, meaning seed, and is called so because of the gemstone’s resemblance to a pomegranate seed. This stone is most commonly found in Africa, Sri Lanka, and India and can be found in all colors ranging from a fiery orange to a rich green.

This sterling silver bracelet fits a 7-inch wrist, and is securely finished with a sterling silver lobster clasp.
