How do I order from you?

If you would prefer not to order through my website, please feel free to contact me via email or phone, 724-567-8353, and I’ll be happy to work with you directly. If you are in Central Pennsylvania, I am happy to meet with you for a private showing. I accept payments via Paypal, credit card, check or cash. If paying with a check, the item(s) will be shipped as soon as the check clears.

Will you resize or customize an item?

I am happy to work with you so you can be completely satisfied with your purchase. While not all changes are possible, I can often offer a different length chain, different clasp, etc. If you are in need of a change, please feel free to ask and I will be happy to try to help you.

What are your shipping costs?

I make every effort to ship as soon as possible. Almost all of the pieces on my website are currently available and will usually be shipped within 1-2 days. My inventory is constantly shifting, however, due to shows and galleries. If a piece is made to order, I try to have the piece out within a week or two. If you need something quickly, please contact me and I will do my best to meet your needs.

All earrings and bracelets are packaged in a satin bag within a gift box, and necklaces are packaged within a beautiful custom gift box.

If you live in Central PA, you are welcome to pick up your order. Please contact me to arrange a time. Items shipped within the United States will be sent USPS with tracking, unless other arrangements are requested.

I also ship internationally to Canada and other select countries using First Class International ($17.00 USD). This is by far the most economical option, but insurance is not available. Buyer is responsible for all duties and associated fees, and will be responsible for any loss or damage during transit. If you are interested in other shipping options, please contact me and I will be happy to work with you.

If you are in a country other than those I have arranged shipping for and would like to make a purchase, please contact me and I will do my best to work with you.

Do you offer exchanges or returns?

I believe in the quality of my jewelry and warrant to the original purchaser a lifetime warranty that the piece of jewelry is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal wear. In the event a repair is necessary, the buyer will be asked to pay shipping both directions and the cost of any additional materials needed, but there will be no labor costs for the repair.

I reserve the right to deny a repair if there has been obvious mistreatment of the item such as damage by accident, negligence or other factors not due to defects in materials or workmanship.

In the unlikely event you need to return your purchase, please contact me. As long as the jewelry is in its original condition, purchases may be returned up to 15 days after receipt. I will refund the cost of the item less shipping costs once I receive the item.

Will you share my information with a third party?

All information collected by Korte Jewelry Designs is secure and will never be shared with a third party.
