The endless knot, also called eternal knot, is one of the oldest symbols, dating back thousands of years. In fact, the earliest recorded image of this design was found on a tablet from 2500 B.C. This symbol is highly significant in Buddhism, but is also found in Chinese culture, Celtic culture, and more. While there are many specific meanings attached to this symbol, with it’s unending line it represents the endless movement of time and the interconnectedness of all. If you pull a thread in one spot, you will impact the whole.

This pendant was hand engraved and is 18 mm in diameter. It comes on an 18-inch sterling silver chain, finished with a lobster clasp. Chain style may vary slightly.
